U.K (Not including Northern Ireland)

Standard (Second Class) £2.99 OR Free over £35(2-10 days)

We dispatch once a week. 

INTERNATIONAL (Outside of U.K)

Not currently available. This is due to issues with GPSR and Brexit effecting import and export for smaller businesses heavily. 

Northern Ireland

Due to alterations in GPSR guidelines we cannot ship to Northern Ireland or EU locations. 

Non mainland locations

If you live in a remote area, not covered in standard post locations please feel free to contact us so we can send you a shipping quote for your area if we are able to ship under new GPSR regulations. 

How is my order packed?

 

Your prints will be packed in heavy-duty postal tubes to best protect the works, apparel is shipped in shipping bags, or boxes depending on the order size. Prints are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper to prevent contact or scratching with the outer tube. 

 

 

How is my order shipped?

We use Royal Mail to ship all orders. They will be shipped either by standard or economy or occasionally upgraded to first class / signed for. As such, you may be required to sign for your package so we can assure its got to you safely!

Dispatch?

We aim to dispatch ALL parcels in 1 week so they can get to you as soon as possible! You will receive a dispatch notice at the time of posting so you know your item/s are on their way! As well as a tracking number if it is applicable. 

Refund?

Please check your order as soon as it's received! If there is an issue with your parcel please email us immediately as it will need to be filed as damaged in transit, we will then offer a refund or replace the item upon seeing the damages. For a non-delivered parcel please see the 'Failed to Arrive' section below.  We will need images of damages for our own postal report.  As well as we try to package items issues can arise with postal services. If you simply do not like your item or change your mind you can opt to return your parcel but please bear in mind return postage is not covered by us. You have 14 days from receiving goods to request a refund. 

Failed to arrive? 

If your parcel has not arrived in the stated delivery time (from the time of dispatch) please contact us within 3 weeks to let us know as we will need to open a case with the courier.
