Delivery prices?



Standard (Second Class) £2.99 OR Free over £35(2-10 days)

First Class (Not currently available- due to the pandemic we only ship once a week for staff safety so can't meet next day shipments)

We dispatch once a week due to the pandemic. Please know that may add one week to shipping times.


Please bear in mind economy delivery can take up to 80 days due to a combination of pandemic delays, forest fires, and other current issues (though many arrive in under 1 month, there are exceptions taking a lot longer.) However- standard delivery is also available as a checkout option at faster 7-10 days.

All orders are shipped by Royal Mail. We use weight based shipping due to people with light orders being charged too much. Weight based shipping allows us to charge accordingly based on item weights. As an idea here is a basic weight guide for items:

Beanies/Accessories: 100g

Tees:                         200g

Fleece Lined Hoodies:500g

Art Prints:                  450g

(Stickers and freebies do not count towards weight)

How is my order packed?


Your order will be packed in heavy-duty postal tubes to best protect the works, apparel is shipped in recyclable shipping bags, or boxes depending on the order. They are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper to prevent contact or scratching with the outer tube. 



How is my order shipped?

We use Royal Mail to ship all orders, They will be shipped either by standard or economy or occasionally first class signed for- either way, you may be required to sign for your package so we can assure its got to you safely!

Customs charges?

PLEASE NOTE- if you are outside of England you may need to pay a customs fee on your item (Please bear in mind we have also now left the EU so European countries may now also be subject to customs fees.). Customs charges depend on your country and Item value. We cannot mark items as gifts as it is not legal to do so, and customs charges are the buyer's responsibility. 


We aim to dispatch ALL parcels in 1 week so they can get to you as soon as possible! You will receive a dispatch notice at the time of posting so you know your item/s are on their way! As well as a tracking number if it is applicable. 


Please check your order as soon as it's received! If there is an issue with your parcel please email us immediately as it will need to be filed as damaged in transit, we will then offer a full refund or replace the item upon seeing the damages. For a non-delivered parcel please see the 'Failed to Arrive' section below.  We will need images of damages for our own postal report.  As well as we try to package items issues can arise with postal services. If you simply do not like your item or change your mind you can opt to return your parcel but please bear in mind return postage is not covered by us. You have 14 days from receiving goods to request a refund. 


International parcels as stated above and at checkout are shipped by royal mail standard. If tracked services are needed please contact prior as they cost additional and are not available for all locations. We may occasionally upgrade orders by our choice (in which case we'll notify you if we've upgraded shipping free of charge) this may mean you will have to sign for the parcel.

Lockdown & pandemic?

As stated above economy delivery can take up to 80 days currently due to both the pandemic and issues surrounding forest fires etc. 

In the event of another lockdown, yet to be posted orders may be refunded (we will contact you if effected, and offer the choice of to wait for your order, or be issued an immediate refund)

Failed to arrive? 

If your parcel has not arrived in the stated delivery time (from the time of dispatch) please contact us within 3 weeks to let us know as we will need to open a case with the courier.

Shipping In The Pandemic

Whilst we keep an eye on shipping prices and available countries, Royal Mail can be affected both price or logistics-wise due to the pandemic and weather events. If this is the case we will refund your order for you on the dispatch day; though no areas we ship to have yet been affected.
